If you read our Bratislava post, you will know we also went to Vienna on that weekend getaway. It was a beautiful spring day!

Bratislava, Slovakia Getaway

Ever since our trip to Vancouver Island, Canada years ago, we have dreamed of exciting weekend getaways. Our dream has come true! Living temporarily in Ireland, we have taken advantage of the opportunity to pop over to the mainland of Europe on many weekends. Short, fun, exotic travels to just about every member of the European Union and then some.

Recently we spent an exciting weekend in Bratislava coupled with a hydrofoil boat trip on the Danube River to Vienna. What a great weekend!
